Biographical Information

Christian Harold Brackbill (born 1918) was educated at Elizabethtown College (1947) and Princeton Theological Seminary (B.D., 1950). He was ordained and served as pastor of various Presbyterian churches for many years. This collection consists primarily of Brackbill's course notes from his years of study at Princeton Theological Seminary (1947-1950), as well as some notes from continuing education courses.

Processing Information

Mr. Brackbill donated these papers to the Seminary Archives in May of 2000. These items were organized into a manuscript collection by Joe L. Coker, under the direction of William O. Harris, Archivist in July of 2000. An additional notebook was located in the archives backlog in 2008 and added to the collection. They are currently housed in one archival file box.
