Administrative Information
Processing Information
A large collection of David Avery's papers were donated to the Seminary Libraries by his great-great-granddaughter, Mrs. Martin B. O'Connor, in 1976. A separate collection of diaries and sermons was acquired by the Connecticut Historical Society, having been donated by other descendents of Avery in the early 20th century. The entire collection was brought together and microfilmed in Princeton in 1978, with the support of a grant from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission. Some materials, including published materials and research tools from the Seminary collection were not microfilmed. This finding aid was written as a guide to those materials.
